Contact us by emailing us at support@wearsarmun.com. When contacting use the email you used to place your order. Please include your order number in the email.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY:

We do not accept returns for any products. However, if you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. To be eligible for an exchange customers must reach out to us within 7 calendar days of receiving your product(s) and provide proof of the faulty or damaged product. All tags must be attached; the packaging must be intact, and the product must be completely unused. Please note that this policy applies only to products that are deemed faulty or damaged by our team. We will not accept exchanges for products that have been damaged by misuse or improper care. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping and duty charges. If an item does not meet the standards listed above Sarmun reserves the right to reject an exchange

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order.

*Sarmun reserves this right of cancelling your order for the reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined in payment or the inaccuracy of pricing.

*There will be no return and exchange on sale articles.

 

DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

On occasion some countries may charge duties and taxes to a customer upon receipt of their order.

Sarmun does not pay for any duties on international orders. All duties and taxes must be fulfilled by the customer. Customers who fail to pay duties are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Additionally, if a customer wishes to return/exchange an item after paying duties for their order they will not be refunded for any duties incurred and the customer will be receive a partial refund such that they will still pay shipping on the items ordered.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND ITEMS ON SALE:

All discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

If a promotional code is applied customers will receive store credit upon processing a return/exchange.

Exchanges will be accepted for items within 7 days of delivery with the exception of discount items. Please note exchanges are issued a store credit to repurchase.
